you say dont bother saying to you " get help" what else do you expect us to say to you ian, you are coming on and telling us how suicidal you are that your making yourself sick, BUT YOUR NOT CHANGING THIS
to change it you need to GET PROFESSIONAL HELP, it doesnt help us or you when you keep telling us how bad you are and what your doing to yourself.
