Arghh, all I could think of was the ethics of this (damn psychology degree, screw you) and how ethical it was to plant people in such situations and see how they react! Personally, I find it incredibly interesting, I just didn't realise that ethics had been drilled into me as much as it has!

I think this relates to the bystander effect, like, when I looked at the Kitty Genova (is that right?) case and she was killed and people could hear/see (there were several cases, I might be mixing them up) and nobody did anything. I found it very interesting but incredibly upsetting because it made me question my own values and morale judgements.
