I suppose the ideal situation is more mods. Like it would probably even work if after an issue is resolved then the thread is locked. But I know that it's difficult at the moment & it's no ones fault. I think for the time being where there's not a lot that can be done due to a lack of resources, we all as members need to try and solve the issue ourselves by not posting lots in threads which have been resolved (I am aware people still like support but maybe via PM or have all this in one support thread or as suggested above - journals, for the time being) and by trying to respond to threads which are getting less attention. I think everyone has really good ideas and it's difficult when it might not be possible to have them implemented yet.
