Compared to what it used to be like though, the uni thread has calmed down a lot. Sometimes people don't post in it for days, other days they do.
It is the same with some of the other popular 'room' threads.
Saying that, I too find some room threads difficult to post in, but again, this isn't the fault of RYL but myself. I suppose the reason I find the uni student thread so useful if because I set it up. But the first posts does try to let people know we try to welcome everyone to the thread and include them in discussions etc.
