Tbh people, arguing over this isn't helping the OP.

Regardless of the specific criteria, what others have said is correct:
Self diagnosis is dangerous and I would advice you not to do it. Mainly because you can ignore specific problems you are having because they don't "fit" within the criteria of the specific diagnosis you believe you have.
Speaking to your doctor is the best idea, explain your symptoms and your friends worries.
Remember that a diagnosis makes no difference to your life. Though its validating to have one, what is more important is to get the right treatment for the symptoms you experience.
I hope you can speak to your doctor soon.
