no medication is totally safe in pregnancy, it's down to how much it is likely to affect you if you do come off it and how much risk there is involved.
e.g if you came of an anti depressant and became suicidal, therefore putting both your's and the unborn baby's life in danger.
i was on psych wards for the majority of my pregnancy, and was given
medication to calm me down rather a lot, and it didn't affect my daughter. but this was done under very close observation.
you are going to have to speak to your doctor/psych, because only they know your history and how the meds work etc
