Haha, this is what I do. Right from the start of the episodes I'm always guessing what the problem is and usually diagnosing correctly so I feel I should have a medical degree

It was an incredibly emotionally tough episode. I found all three parts of it were just woah! For me though when Nick & Zoe hugged - ah dear, was in bits.

I have also been wondering what on earth happened between Sam and Tom?!! Is it because Dylan left?

The following content has been hidden - Reason : For Poppers - don't read if haven't watched ep and you intend to!
Poppers - The episode centered mostly around Nick and Yvonne, who was still in ICU and the only person who really believed in her recovery was Nick who was filled with false hope.

We saw a girl at the start being told her illness had taken a lot out of her although they never said what it was (in the beginning) and she later told people it was terminal cancer - I think she told Nick on the stairs?
The girl was later admitted to hospital after running away from home where her Dad had been trying to keep her and collapsing. At the hospital, she was refusing all treatment because she had had enough of what she said was cancer.

Elsewhere, (haha this is so weird, I should just copy & paste digi spy) we saw Dixie and Jeff called out to a hoax call but then a young boy was beaten up and brought to hospital with a head wound. He seemed a little bit of a monkey and then seen stealing from the dressings cabinet. Later they realised his Mum was on dialysis at home and she hadn't been going to the Doctors so he had needed the supplies. His Mum was brought in to hospital with an infection and under duress as she was terrified about the boy being taken in to foster care.

When the girls parents from above arrived at the hospital the Mother told Nick she was actually suffering from anorexia. They tried to persuade her to have treatment but she kept refusing and they deemed it inappropriate to section her as she was of sound mind. The girl's Father then offered Nick a large amount of money to care for Yvonne in a private hospital if he would sedate his daughter and save her life. This made Nick realise how desperate people can get and we saw him with Yvonne.

He then went down to the ED and spoke to the girl with anorexia and persuaded her to have treatment with seconds to spare she agreed and was treated. Zoe realised something was up with Nick and followed him out afterwards where we learnt Yvonne had died.

Throughout the episode there was a lot of tension from Sam towards Tom.

Right at the end, Aiofe asked Fletch for a drink and Sam warned her that a) he was her boss and b) he has a wife.
