Hey guys,
Kate has been recently having a really rough time and has been admitted into hospital again. She could do with our support right now to help her get through this hard time.

I'm sorry your struggling so much with everything that's going on and how nothing seems to be stable at the moment. I hope being in hospital will help you and also give you support to get through this dark time. Just remember there's so many people that care about you and are rooting for you to get better :).
