My dietician wrote me up a few meal plans several months back but I have never been able to achieve any of them. There just seems to be so much food on the page which panics me and I end up failing. I know that is stupid but I am really struggling with 'normal' amounts of food so I have to try and get my calories where I can, which I am not doing too well with.
