what i sometimes do when im trying to fight the urge, is i go downstairs, i dont tell my family whats going on because honestly, its none of their buisness, ill tell them when im ready. but what im trying to get at here is, maybe if you get out of your room, just so that your around people, it coud prevent you from doing anything in your room, because, well, you wont be there. i know for me, i leave my supplies or whatever upstairs so that it would be harder for me to get them once im downstairs. its seems to help me, but everyone is different, i would suggest trying it though, even though its hard at first
