Zumba, Pilates, yoga, martial arts, aqua aerobics, roller disco!
I suspect if its something to do whilst studying you will want something that you can just do an hour or two a week in the evening or at weekends.
If you have a health club or even a holiday park near you it is worth seeing what they offer. My nan lives near to a caravan/holiday village and uses their gym and pool for a yearly membership despite not staying there.
