So I had a random visit today from an RYLer and served her my rather yummy slow cooked beef stew! It was a delight until I realised that I was ever so tipsy and I hadn't really drunk much if any alcohol!!

We thus deduced that by slow cooking the stew I can't off burnt off the alcohol from the bottle of wine I had used to make the sauce and had thus served up a bowl of wine either that or I am suddenly a total lightweight!
