Really you need to discuss this with your doctor again or a psychologist/ psychiatrist. As you've been under some help regarding this previously then really it's against the rules of the FAF for it to be posted here though, due to the nature of the problem, I'm going to move this to the mental health discussion and support forum as it is both within their rules and there may be more people there who've suffered from this or can give you more advice about treatments (and not just in the form of medications) for this.
