Your stuff is good, especially for a beginner (although the writing is a bit heavy and black for my taste), it's just that there are so many safety concerns surrounding this sort of activity.

I know for a fact that Marie uses disposable needles in her tattoo, for the exact reason that she does not have an autoclave.

In terms of the legality of practise, I am unable to find more than anecdotal comments on the law about tattooing in private, though I'm sure Marie looked into this thoroughly, and what happens between consenting adults on private property tends to be no business of the government anyway. To practise tattooing as a business or trade one does indeed require licensing, the details of which vary amongst local authorities.
