I was on Risperidone on tablets first and then the depot, it helped with my psychotic symptoms a bit but it made me gain a lot of weight so I came off it.

I was on Lithium for a bit in hospital, no side effects, but it wasn't helping me at all.

Hope you get the right medication for you.

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
