How do you feel reading other people's stories?

In seven years; time you'll be 22. Either you'll be out living your life, with a boy you love ten times more than Sean, doing something you love, maybe even thinking about having kids. Or you'll be sitting posting on a fifteen year old's thread on a self harm support site, begging them not to throw their lives away as you have, looking at your scarred body wishing you'd taken advice from people who knew way more than you realised. Which one would do you prefer?

I must say, I'm not trying to make out that we've all got terrible lives, not at all, but I for one wish I'd stopped before I started.

When I had been self-harming for about a month I tried to stop and it was hard. It's a million times harder, three years down the line. Seriously. You are making a terrible mistake.
