^Um. I don't think there are any words a person could use in jest that I would find offensive. Said seriously and with intent to hurt then yes, of course it's not okay. Eg, a friend of mine says things like, 'is it coz i is a nigga' when she's joking around. But if someone called her that name with intent to insult then it would not be okay at all.
