Maybe he just really didn't like the bust? When my parents bought their new house the old owners left a portrait of the queen on the wall, my parents got rid of it, not because we hate the queen, it just didn't look very nice.
So what if Obama didn't want a bust of Churchill in his house, I wouldn't want one in my house either.
