I've seen the crisis team quite a few times and I now refuse to see them, because I just didn't find them helpful, they are patronising, I've had some very personal questions asked because I am trans and you see a different person each time and they don't bother to read your notes so you basically go over the same stuff everytime. I personally can't stand them and now refuse them, but I know others who find them helpful.
