The thing is we dont all get on, we are not made to all get on with each other. We all make mistakes but we try our best to learn from them. I would never say i hate ryl because i dont its just very annoying when you are promised things and it all goes down the drain. The best way to say it is that i feel ryl has lost a little of its sparkle and i know im probably not alone.
I know alot of the time it is up to us to improve ryl but i believe the staff have tried there best as have all the other people such as the supporters first aid and chat and there is only so much you can do at this present time with the way things are. Its such a shame that there is so much rudeness because you are only trying to help and do your best.
