I don't talk to other people at uni either. I just talk to my support worker.

I think I watched that when it was shown; it was very good. It gave me some hope that I can battle this.

Do you feel that having a mentor could help? Before I got my support worker, I had a mentor and she was very helpful in keeping me organised and getting me access to things the University offers.
I hope the psychologist will help, will you be getting any particular type of therapy?
