ring Samaritans NOW ian or,
ring your out of hours Drs emergency telephone number to talk to the DR or Community Psychiatric Nurse. or,
Ring Accident and Emergency department to talk to a DR or the duty Psychiatrist.

you have to take steps ian instead of repeatedly telling us you cant cope anymore you have to ring someone to help you
we cant give you that help please do try ian we all want you to get immediate help, telling us your wanting to end it is important and we want you to be honest, but we cant do anymore for you
you must get help for yourself instead of going round in circles
