- Go and repeatedly press the reset button for the boiler, in the hope that this will stop it tripping out.
- Strip and get in shower.
- Shave if necessary.
- Sit down for approximately 20 minutes and daydream. (optional step)
- Put 2-in-1 shampoo in hair. Use just normal shampoo if 2-in-1 not available.
- Rinse.
- As an afterthought, wash body. Forget to do face.
- Notice that skin on arms has turned blotchy and red - this is the "time to get out" sign. (I have dry skin and this happens when I take long, overly hot showers. Which is always.)
- Make mental note to self to turn the temperature down next time.
- Turn shower off, and stand in the middle of the tub for approximately 10 minutes, daydreaming. This is the drip-dry cycle.
- Dry self semi-adequately with a towel, and get dressed again.
- Put towel around shoulders instead of actually drying hair.
- Go sit at the computer and wait for hair to dry naturally.
