In my experience, CAMHS did jack all and prevented me from going to hospital when I very much needed to be there. Everyone has different experiences though, I found adult services to (eventually) be much better and supportive.

	Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different… you once called your brain a hard drive, well say hello to the virus.
