thank you all of you, I've still been sleeping at like 3am but its better than 4am I guess, so, that's better and the whole sleeping bag idea is working along with a hot water bottle [that is just for now as i seem to be freezing all the time - ED related stuff that i cant post because i am too scared]
I had my first night without a night light, its only half a night because I thought about it, I thought, if I can do one half of the night without a night light for a week then the next week i'll try it for a quater of the week and so on untill I can get down to no night light at all.
Again though, I think I may have to change the story tape as it is still scaring me and I cant find any little kids ones, like, cinderella or anything that'd maybe help me fall asleep quicker - suggestions welcome for this.
