Dawdle til mum isnt looking, then dash into bathroom wrapped in towel
Wash under arms
Wash private bits
Shampoo hair
Get out and dash back wrapped in towel then put trousers on asap in case mum comes in (scar woes)

Ive only tried to shave in the shower once. I lost my balance and gave myself an injury id have been proud of if it was on purpose. Now i stick to doing it in the bath if i ever do. Im not fond of shaving.
