as has been said wheither it's good or bad is subjective, it depends upon how it effects you personally or your relationships with others perhaps
That sounds like your GP isn't very understanding. I sometimes get rage, like your extreme emotions. Just like you, I don't get "normal" emotional experiences.

Yeah I put my lack of emotions down to Asperger's too. Antipsychotic medications can cause the "neuroleptic-induced deficit syndrome", which can actually reduce your emotional capacity.
What is feeling "empty" like? I don't feel empty, I just feel nothing.
