I am currently:

Flush them. If you really want to stop this you have to flush them. Watch a movie with the light off if you can't sleep it will make you sleepy. Or try doing a puzzle. Have you got any games on your phone or pc?

If you want this to stop only YOU can make the changes. Get through tonight is a good start.



The average,
well-adjusted adult
gets up at 7.30am feeling just plain terrible.
