Heyy everyone. Im new on here. Im 19 i have cut since the 8th grade but im proud to say that i have been a year without self-harming. Its still a struggle everyday not to but everyday i get stronger. I just want everyone to know that im not here to spill my problems but here to help anyone who wants to spill theirs.

	The past is like an anchor. Holding us back. You have to let go of who you were to become who you will be.
