i met with the police lady and told her how scared i was and that it felt like it was starting all over again, and she was really nice and assured me that she wouldnt let me get hurt anymore. she told yesterday that one of the girls is due to be released from prison in a couple of weeks, im really scared about that what if its her who sending messages or someone on her behalf? im really scared i am.
i also had a really bad day with the voices yesterday, they were just screaming at me constantly, i am really struggling to cope right now and i cant take much more of this.
