Just wanted to say that I've done this a few times, and that you aren't alone. I know what you mean about knowing what you'll 'write' next, as well.
I will echo what the others have said about the consequences, though. It's so much easier to be reminded of what you felt when you SHed if the result was a word than just a plain old scar, and that can be difficult to deal with.
