just wanted to let everyone know that i have finally seen a psychiatrist
she thinks as an early diagnosis that i've either got a mood disorder or i have Bi polar..
to be honest i'm actually feeling a bit relieved now whatever has been happening to me for the past 7 or 8 years may have a name and can be treated
have to go back in August but i thought i would just pop here and say .. :)
