Do not, ever ever, go for a med just because of it's weight gain or loss.

NO NO NO! Meds are to help the mental mind. A med may cause you to gain weight, but that weight -can- be avoided by simple exercise - No, you don't need to go hyper with exercise, just normal walking / jogging / etc.

Meds are to help the mind. Not the body! If the mind is bad, the body will never improve. Help the mind, and the body will follow suit.



Oh what a beautiful day for us.
We have been looking for ways to trust
Things will unravel the way they must.
And when you see it it's simply the greatest of things.
You'll be grateful the rest of your life.
