It might be worth contacting your doctor. Do you think your pulse/bp are related to anxiety? As, coming of antidepressants it is fairly common to have rebound symptoms of anxiety/depression. It may be that they disappear, or it may be that your doctor needs to put you back on a low dose.

My first AD I thought it helped a bit, but it was only later when I took anti-anxiety pills (propanalol) and realised the effect was the same (but greater) that I realised it had been controlling my anxiety (and hence, making me feel better) rather than my mood.
