I know it's giving you something but it's also putting you at a lot of risk - what I consider exceedingly risky if you are not willing to tell your Dr/T because they would tell your Mum. So please, please do try and reduce the contact as we don't want things to escalate and make you more unsafe.
Would setting some concrete goals help with anything that you're struggling with right now? You've been pretty good with those in the past in working towards your batman clothing, maybe you could look at areas of your life that might benefit from this sort of idea? Just a thought :)
