Thing is, when people move on from here, they seem to try and make a total break, effectivelly removing ryl from their lives, including facebook ect. i know why this has hit me now, cos someone left my therapy group, unexpectedly, and we had been quite close, but our group allows no contact outside the group, so i have no way of knowing if she is even ok, and of course this made me ponder on other people who have 'left' from various parts of my life..
