I am currently:

I have, in the past, found it helpful to write down things that I've wanted to say. I get really nervous when faced with a psychiatrist and everything I think of beforehand tends to disappear out of my head, so notes are useful.

You're right to expect lots of questions. It really depends on what you're going for as to what questions you're asked, so I can't really advise you on that one. You should be given plenty of time to answer them though.

It might help to think of what you would like out of the appointment. What are you hoping to gain from it etc? That might be one of the questions and it can be useful to both you and the doctor if you've got some kind of idea.

This isn't everything you are.
