I did something vindictive to a classmate when I was about 15. There was a fad of people turning each other's bags inside out as a prank. It happened to me, so I stole the bag of the guy who did it, turned it inside out and locked it with a tiny little padlock I just happened to have. He had to use a bolt cutter to open his bag. He learned his lesson.
