Why don't you see what the home treatment team can do for you.
They generally visit you at home up to twice a day in my area to a lot less regularly. I struggled with them but I know a lot of people who have found them really helpful.
Your grandma may not know your struggling but she will if you get sectioned or you make an attempt on your life. So maybe now is the time to weigh up the pros and cons of her knowing.
