I don't know. My bipolar symptoms cycle like you mentioned but the anxiety piece always seems to be there. I happen to think that it is the symptom that is easiest to manage for me. If I have an anxiety attack I kind of just accept it. I know that it will pass. I have really reduced my anxiety medication a lot recently which may be working because it didn't do anything in the first place. It is certainly a part of my daily life and gets me into to trouble sometimes but I can live with it.
