Another little update because you all wanna hear how i'm doing plus it's nice to put something positive on this site..
Well it's now been 35 days since i've last SHed, It's not been easy fighting the urges and i'm still finding it hard at times but i'm getting there!
Thank you to everyone that has been here for me, I don't ask for support often but I know when I do there's always someone to help, THANK YOU!

Without the awesome people of this site I don't think I would be able to cope as well as I do at times.
