Quetiapine has the potential to get rid of everything you are hearing and seeing, but it may not do so. You may need to add on additional medication or try something new altogether if it isn't doing its job well enough for you right now.
It is possible that Quetiapine can make someone feel suicidal. I'd say thats definitely something to talk to your doctor about. Its okay to say you have urges as long as you are in control and not going to act on them.
Quetiapine works differently for everyone. When I was on it I was exhausted and I think that typically it does make people sleepy, however there will be times it has the opposite effect or just no effect at all on sleep. Its also possible your body has adjusted to the medication over time.
I would talk to your gp and see what they suggest you do in regards to both your medication and the community mental health team. Let them know about things that are going on with you and the reasons you think you should be reassessed and I think your GP can put in referrals for you to be re-assessed.
