im really really struggling just now and finding it so hard to keep going, the flashbacks since seeing them in court have been so severe and vivid that they bring on bad panic attacks. and bad thoughts and urges are taking over too.
th jury eventually came back late yesterday they were both found guilty, theyre being sentenced today i believe.
