Hello there.
I have DID as well and, sweetie, you don't have to be scared or feel alone.
I can tell you from experience that it gets easier as time goes by.
You have a lot to get used to, of course, but after you get used to it, it's much, much easier to deal with.
Take my word for it, hun: it'll all be okay. c:
