First CMHT meeting

I'm meeting the Community Mental Health Team for the first time today. I've been treated for depression and anxiety, and have SH'd for nearly a decade and this is the first time a Dr appears to realise the severity of my problems.

I'm elated, confused, terrified...I want this to stop but I'm terrified - can't decide if it's because they'll tell me they can't help/nothing's wrong or whether they WILL tell me something's wrong.

Has anyone else ever met with their CMHT? I have no idea what to expect. A few words of advise/encouragement would be very much appreciated.

Take too many pictures, laugh too much and love like you've never been hurt because every 60seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back
...don't be afraid your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.
