I was depressed on them and then stopped taking them and ended up inpatient. Not to freak you out, just that I understand.

Please don't act on your plans and wait to speak to your psych. Make sure you tell them. I'm also on the drug you might be starting (Quetiapine) and it's been extremely helpful. If you can't wait until then please call the crisis team if you have access to them, NHS direct or go to A&E.

Keep posting here. Do you know why you find it so difficult to take?
