Actually, we simply cross reference adoptors and adoptees, this is mainly done through age but we also work through problems as well if there as several age problems.

Yes you are an RYL family, feel free to let the forum know.

why can't i adopt yet?
this is simply because there is no one to match you as yet, and we have the opposite problem to real life whereby we have more adoptors than adoptees
You should know all data is kept under strict conditions which comply with DPA 1998 and 1989, RYL-AA is happy to be questioned and overseen by mods.
