7 weeks is great! has there been anything that you've done in that time that has helped you get through other urges? you can try those things again, and/or try to find ways to make them even more helpful. and getting others ideas is great :) so im glad that you made a thread asking for ideas...
it sounds like you might be overthinking the whole situation.... make a plan for what you will do if you feel triggered, but then you need to set it aside, not ruminate on what might happen....
