First, congratulations on being 7 weeks free! If you don't mind me asking, has something happened to cause you to feel this bad? I know that fighting the urges can be hard, but you definitely can do it. As for trying to calm down and lessening/stopping the urges, all I can suggest is to keep your hands and mind busy. Do things you enjoy... Crafts, exercise, draw, write, take a bath/shower, watch a movie/TV, play a game, do a puzzle, read, ect. This site can be helpful, also >
