I quite like Maths. I'm pretty good at understand the concepts and things so I can do algebra and statistics and stuff and understand it reasonably well. I like to know the "why" for things, but when it comes to Maths (and stats especially) I'm happy just to know what to do because it's simpler than understanding why.
I got B at A level maths, yet can still lose count trying to count to 10!
My GCSE maths teachers ranged from ok, to awful. There weren't any really good maths teachers. My college maths teachers were pretty awful too.
